This is especially true in times when threatening weather means we need to be at a higher state of alert and ready to respond. Result? Even if we see clear skies at home, we know immediately when weather is threatening another portion of our service area and can anticipate the calls to respond better by having phones, cars, etc. at the ready. We understand that several police agencies in California and other cities have also begun to use it as well.
