		<description>...well, I only listened to a few minutes of your podcast before I had to say that although I, personally, am open to considering  "swapping" the library for the city hall, the thought, personally, of turning the Historic Carnegie Library into a city hall is not a pleasant one...

...but that does not necessarily represent the thoughts of the NDDC or the Planning Commission...</description>
