Northfield Sertoma Club caught extracting money from downtown merchants

Doug "puppet" Peterson at Quality Bakery College City Sertoma Club Xmas wreaths
Doug “puppet” Peterson and his merry band of Northfield Sertoma Club henchmen were making their Xmas wreath fundraising rounds this morning. I spotted them at Monarch, the Enchanted Garden and at Quality Bakery.

Griff, thanks for the pictures and note about the Northfield Sertoma Club selling the Christmas wreaths.  It is not the College City Sertoma Club -- they don’t sell wreaths.  The Northfield Club has a long tradition -- 36 years -- of selling wreaths as a community fund raising event.  All the funds stay in Northfield to charitable causes.

My apologies, Larry… I didn’t realize there were two Sertoma clubs in town.  I’ve edited the blog post. Thanks!
