Riverside trail extension construction halted till spring

Sean Simonson, Tech Coordinator with the City of Northfield’s Engineering Dept., has this update in last week’s Friday Memo:

Wayne’s Inc was on-site to install the guardrail on top of the concrete retaining wall this week. This will be the last of the work completed on the job this year. Sunram Construction has decided to suspend all work until next spring. Sunram Construction will be on-site next week to haul out equipment and install fencing around the work area.
