Shanti Tattoo Studio (see the business Facebook page, too) opened in mid-November on downtown Northfield’s west side. The owner is evidently Desire Waldron (Deb Dalrymple Waldron) from Duluth, now living in Randolph. She’s planning a grand opening in January.
