It is the second to last item (#17) followed only by "Discussion on Hay Dobbs facility study" (a topic worthy of its own blog post), so it will probably be pretty late before the public gets to hear the latest on this project. I have heard that the developer (Mendota Homes) will not be attending but that it will be a presentation by the City's financial advisors (Ehlers and Associates). Ross Griff:
