Red Hat Sighting on Divison Street

Red Hat Ladies

I saw some evidence of Red Hat Society action on the street today. Does anyone know these ladies, and whether or not they’re from Northfield? They told me that the rest of their cohort was at Hogan Brothers, so I stopped in to try to get a photo, but they’d all left.

I’m pretty sure that those are a few of the ladies from Dennison. They are very kind and friendly and have an active Red Hat group.

I don’t know where these ladies are from, but I have seen quite alot of red hatters come through Nfld in the past.

Gilly and Ani, yes, I’m convinced there’s a gang of Red Hat ladies around here. I first noticed them at Winter Walk in 2004. Here’s a photo from that album:

Red hats? What about red pajamas? Sunday’s performance of “Pajama Game” brought a group of 30 women from St. Cloud in a bus to Northfield who, after a private lunch at Froggy Bottoms, took over the theater. They were wearing crazy hats and pajama-like attire. I forgot the name of the sponsors, “Girls Gone Wild” or something. They posed for a photo with the cast afterwards (Charlie Black, stretched out in front like that famous Joe Namath panty hose pose, or perhaps like Burt Reynolds, but in pajamas, was the highlight.) This same Girl Adventure group based in St. Cloud will be bringing another bus next Sunday, I believe. Photo op for Griff.
This same organization brought other wild women to Northfield last summer. Their long bus trip from St. Cloud was made easier by libations on board, I believe
