Not to denigrate Skip’s tipping efforts or anything, Griff, but the bridge update was also in Carleton’s community email newsletter that went out on Monday. And I know you’re a subscriber to the newsletter, since I sent it out myself!
Yeah, I didn’t make the connection between “Waterford” and “Iron” Bridges. Newbies like me aren’t as sensitive to these subtle differences. I also hadn’t realized that the bridge in question was noted as the state’s worst. I’d have given second thoughts to driving across it with my kid in the back seat a few weeks ago. No more of THAT nonsense!
