For those who missed it, the August 28 council and mayoral candidate forum is available for viewing here or below. It is approximately 96 minutes (1 hour 36 minutes). Council candidate discussions begin at 05:10 and 79:10. Mayoral candidate discussion begins at 00:30:00.

    I wonder if Lee Lancing was given the questions ahead of time, he seems to be reading his responses from notes he already had.
