		<description>Thanks for sharing this article.  It is extremely well written.  It seems like the natural partner for this type of program is the MNSCU system. Mankato has a strong k-12 education program and school districts and communities across southern MN are desperate for Hispanic teachers.  Consider St. James, where 40% of the district is Hispanic, and yet the district can&#039;t even get an application from a Hispanic candidate.  We&#039;ll get more Hispanic teachers when we grow our own.</description>
