Vivyan Tran, Sung Hyo Kim, Logan Nash and Mackenzie Zimmer are students in Doug McGill’s journalism class at Carleton College. They produced this 6-minute video titled Representative Journalism: The New Community Reporter.

Wow! I am so impressed. Thanks so much for doing this guys. I couldn’t imagine anyone doing a better job.

I never realized how much I talk like Capt. Kirk from Star Trek when I’m on…the…spot. I’ll have to work on my broadcast skills. Are long silences between words better than saying “um?”
