The musical comedy/melodrama Jesse opened last night at the Northfield Arts Guild Theater. A number of those involved with previous shows (1976, 1977, 1986, 1994, 2001) were on hand for a little post-show reunion party.
See the post “Jesse” Rides Again on the NAG 50th blog for the complete history of the play, sponsored this year by Hvistendahl, Moersch, and Dorsey.

As with all previous productions, the entire run of “Jesse” was sold out before the opening night performance — BUT some tickets may still be available. The only way to get tickets at this point is to come to the NAG Theater Box Office (at 411 West 3rd Street) ONE HOUR before the performance and see what may be available. There are eight “jump seats” (a seat at the end of the row with padded seat but no back) at each performance. It is also possible that some tickets may be turned in.
