I’m a new member of the Northfield Rotary Club and I’m about to take on some web-related tasks, including a website and blog for the annual Jesse James Bike Tour. Some of the bike tour committee members met at the Contented Cow yesterday to begin planning for next fall’s event. (Click photos to enlarge.

Bill, I’m not on the bike tour committee, but I’ll pass along your comment. And watch for new blog postings on the new Jesse James Bike Tour website Real Soon Now.
I did the 2006 ride with a friend this was the first time I did a ride like this but my friend has done many. We were doing the 60 mile ride but one of the turns was poorly marked and a group of us went on the 30 mile turn. Well to make up our 60 we did it two time. So this year on the key turns we could use a person at them to point out the correct turns or after you make the turn not once but 2 time mark the road with a arrow and 30 60 so if you see only 30 you can stop and get back on track. Just my thoughts thanks
Keith
Thanks, Keith. I’ll pass your comment to the Bike Tour Committee. We have an internal message board where issues like this are discussed. Honest feedback is much appreciated.
