And it made wonder if there’s anything similar done here in Northfield.

I didn’t take the time to read the article, but I do know that Northfield has an excellent hospice program through Northfield Hospital. I’ve been both a beneficiary of their services (for my grandfather) and a volunteer to provide respite to family caregivers. Between that and, perhaps, the Parish Nursing Program, we could accomplish the goal that no one dies alone (unless they want to).
