Kathy and Sandy have a new Prairie’s Edge Humane Society segment on KYMN

Kathy Jasnoch, Sandy Vesledahl, Jeff JohnsonPrairie’s Edge Humane Society (PEHS) has a new segment on KYMN called “Animal Attractions.” Kathy Jasnoch and Sandy Vesledahl are live on Jeff Johnson’s Morning Show every 2 weeks at 6:50 am on Thursdays. Sandy emailed me this:

We discuss 4-5 animals that we would like to highlight that are available for adoption and then any upcoming events or projects or whatever happenings at PEHS.

7:10 am update: I’ve added an in-studio photo above.  And the dog that they seemed most eager to find a home for: Chance

  1. Griff, thanks so much for stopping by KYMN this morning and helping us to get the word out on the animals available for adoption at PEHS. We are really excited about the new opportunities we have going on in order to find homes for these animals. We are coming up with new ideas all the time! It’s an exciting time at PEHS!

We would really like to get the word out about Chance. He is a beautiful German Shorthaired, Pointer mix. He is 10 years old and needs a home where he can live out his golden years. He’s a retired hunting dog. He loves to retrieve and is very well mannered. He has always been an outdoor dog. He is very sweet, however he is not happy living in the shelter environment. He really is in need of a home of his own. He is happiest when we take him outside where he can run and play and be with people. Chance is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations. His adoption fee is $85.00. Please consider giving Chance his forever home. If you are interested in Chance you can contact the shelter at 507-334-7117 or check out our website.
