Friday night at the Cow: patrons get popcorn, New Moon Trio gets a new voice, CAC gets some donations

  
The crowd at the Contented Cow got a treat last night:

• A new popcorn machine made its debut and after several hours of cranking out decent popcorn, it still had not caught on fire
• Carleton College music major Hannah Button-Harrison joined the New Moon Trio for a set
• Twin Cities jazz sextet Optimum Trajectory performed and generated donations from the crowd for the Northfield Community Action Center.
