General manager Perry Nixon has this sign on the door of the new Sweet Lou’s Waffle Bar and Cafe at the corner of Division and 3rd. As I noted back in May, the proprietor of the new waffle shop is Louis Newman, Religion Department Chair at Carleton College. Blog speculation about the restaurant began in April.
