Many photographers create their shots, like when I threw a stone in a pond to get the rippling effect…made for a great shot…occurs naturally, not so much, but what the hay.
In this case, because the poster is being used to make money, I think you may have some legal issues to look at, because the image of the car on Division and artwork on the walls of GBM may be breaking with copyright and trademark laws.
Also, all models should have given you written releases. Right?
