Construction of both a south classroom and a multi-purpose addition continues at Bethel Lutheran Church.
Bethel has been dreaming, imagining, planning and working for an expansion of its facilities for over two years. Through the efforts of countless people, a building committee was formed and an architectural firm, Station 19, engaged. A capital campaign consultant, Kairos, was hired and the capital campaign committee began its efforts in raising the funding necessary to provide adequate education, fellowship, worship and administrative space for Bethel’s needs in the present and future. And a construction company, PCL was selected as the general contractor. Groundbreaking was held on November 4 and construction began shortly thereafter. You can read the weekly construction updates to mark the progress.
