Racquetball legend Brent “Woody” Clouse put on a clinic at Northfield’s Olympus Athletic Club yesterday. Woody is currently 2nd on the Classic Professional Racquetball Tour, the author of Winning Racquetball, and Ektelon’s Director of Instruction.
The day ended with an exhibition match between Clouse and John Goth, former Minnesota state racquetball champion and currently 20th on the International Racquetball Tour. Clouse edged Goth 12-10 in a three-game tie-breaker.
The clinic and match were part of a series of fundraisers to help with expenses for Goth and Clouse to compete in the Pan American Racquetball Championships later this month in Costa Rica.
