Our guest this week: Peter Dahlen, Chair of the Northfield Charter Commission, “the constitution of Northfield’s city government.” Tracy and I were the able co-hosts as Ross has beached himself somewhere warm, evidently.
Our discussion with Peter focused entirely on the Commission’s questioning the City on whether the Charter “… was violated when the City hired Mark Kasma to serve as City Engineer, while Kasma remained a shareholder and principal in Bolton and Menk, Inc. (BMI).”
