At 7am on Sunday morning, Northfield Garden Club member Lu Lindstrom was out watering the flowers in front of the Northfield Public Library on Division.
She had a marginally-willing volunteer with her, hubby Bill Lindstrom. Lu says the flowers need to be watered every day if there’s no rain.
Three weeks to go before the judges from the America in Bloom competition arrive.
