ArtSwirl commissioned Curtis Ingvoldstad to create a wood sculpture of Jesse James during the four days of ArtSwirl, right on Bridge Square. Ingvoldstad took the nearly-finished sculpture back to his St. Paul studio today to work on the final touches. I’ve been told that it’ll soon return to Northfield, be put on rollers so that it can be moved around to different locations prior to it being auctioned at the Northfield Historical Society’s annual auction in November.
