Chris Heimerl from Eagan-based Spooky All Natural Gourmet Hot Sauces also had an aisle stand at Just Food Co-op on Saturday. After I snarfed down several of his samples (“made with honey instead of corn syrup”) on pork and chicken, I motioned Northfielder Henry Emmons (left) into the photo with Chris, even though he hadn’t yet tasted the goodies. Presumably, Henry liked the sauces, too. And who knows, we could soon see a sequel to Henry’s book. How about The Joy of Hot Sauce Chemistry for a title?
